Cancellations
I understand that ‘life happens’ and I do my best to accommodate changes. However when appointments are cancelled at very short notice, a gap is created and I incur costs that cannot be avoided. My cancellation policy aims to cover some of these costs by applying cancellation fees.
Cancellation policy – Please give 24 hours notice of a cancellation or rescheduling to avoid a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. The full treatment cost will be charged if less than 8 hours notice is given or a ‘no show’. Gift Vouchers are voided with less than 12 hrs cancellation notice. If you cannot make your appointment please feel free to give it to a friend. Labour and Obstetric Emergencies excluded from policy!
